Day 1. Arrivals
Arrive at JRO (Kilimanjaro International Airport). After clearing customs and immigration formalities, you will meet our driver/guides and transferred to Arusha check inn for two nights.

Day 3:

Arusha – Tarangire

0730hrs After an early breakfast depart for Tarangire National park.  Around 1200hrsyou will have lunch at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. Then at 1430hrsyou will go for afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park.

Day 4:

Tarangire – Manyara

After breakfast around 0800hrs drive towards Lake Manyara area, lunch is taken at the lodge in Manyara. 1430hrs Later proceed for a short game drive in Manyara National Park. Road up the escarpment to the hotel, which is set upon the edge of the Great Rift Valley.

Lake Manyara Tour;

Inland of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favoured haunt of Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. Squadrons of banded mongoose dart between the acacias, while the diminutive Kirk’s dik-dik forages in their shade and more.

Day 5:

Manyara – Serengeti National Park

0800hrs After breakfast drive to the Serengeti National Park for lunch passing through farmland in Karatu areas and Ngorongoro Highlands. 1430hrs Afternoon depart to explore the flora and fauna of these great plains of Serengeti.

Day 6, 7&8:

Serengeti National Park

Full days of three game drives in the Serengeti National Park, Serengeti is undoubtedly the best- known wildlife sanctuary and highest density of game in Africa. Serengeti provides sanctuary to the highest concentration of plain animals in the world. Survey estimates have put the animal population at about 4,000,000 including 3000 lions, 1,600,000 wildebeests, 300,000 Thompson and grants gazelle, 500,000 zebras.

Day 9:

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Areas

Day 10:

Ngorongoro Conservation area

Around 0900hrs after breakfast descend the crater floor for a full day tour, Lunch will be taken at one of the picnic sites on the crater.

No activities, full day enjoying and relaxation at the lodge.

Ngorongoro  conservation area– Lake Eyasi

0800hrs breakfast then drive to lake Eyasi for lunch, Drive to Lake Eyasi area.14h30 Afternoon visit nearby local village.

Day 13:

Lake Eyasi

0800hrs Depart for a full day guided tour to the Datoga and Hadzabe tribesmen. Hunting with Hadzabe men, Lake Eyasi, just south of the Serengeti, is a wild, scenically stunning area where you can get a real insight into the way of life of some of Tanzania's fascinating tribes, most notably the Wahadzabe and Datoga people who still use traditional methods of survival

Day 14:

Departure

0800hrs After breakfast drive back to Arusha, 12h00 Lunch at Impala Hotel. Dayroom to be

Provided. Later in the afternoon transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for your onward flight.

3 days safari tarangire ,manyara and ngorongoro 

Day 1 – Arusha – Lake Manyara

Non game-viewing travel time: 2 ½ hours
Distance: 130 km

Meet our professional tours guide/driver in Arusha town, who will deliver a short safari info briefing, after which, we travel to the Lake Manyara National Park. We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch we head into the Lake Manyara National Park. This impressive park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park) at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants, Manyara’s famous tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake.

Dinner and overnight as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.

Day 2 – Lake Manyara National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

Non game-viewing travel time: 2 hours & 3 ½ hours
Distance: 60km & 155 km

After breakfast we descend 600m into this magnificent crater for a morning, half-day game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, after which we travel to the Tarangire National Park. Dinner and overnight as per the standard and type of accommodation option requested.

Day 3 – Tarangire National Park – Arusha

Non game-viewing travel time: 2 hours
Distance: 120 km

After breakfast do we head into the Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive. The park runs along the line of the Tarangire River and is mainly made up of low-lying hills on the Great Rift Valley floor. Its natural vegetation mainly consists of Acacia woodland and giant African Baobab trees, with huge swamp areas in the south. Both the river and the swamps act like a magnet for wild animals, during Tanzania’s dry season. The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. This African national park is also home to three rare species of animals – the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx, as well as a few Ashy Starlings. We return to the lodge for lunch after which we will depart for Arusha town and we will end our African safari adventure. The group should tip the tour guide around $20 a day for all our safaris. You will be taken to your hotel, which ends our safari packages services.
